- KeyBolt Pro is here at $189/month. No per-user fees, no contracts, 14-day free trial.
- Colab, the unified inbox, puts every call, text, email, and Google LSA lead in one timeline so you stop flipping between three apps to find who called yesterday. Included on Basic and KeyBolt Pro.
- Branded inbound email: customers email your shop at your yourslug@inbox.keybolt.tech address. AI reads each email and drafts the job for you. Included on Basic and KeyBolt Pro.
- AI receptionist (Pro): when you can't pick up, the AI answers in your voice, gathers the customer's name and address, and books them in. Transfer a live call to the AI by pressing a code on your tech's phone.
- In-app AI helper: ask the AI questions about your shop data, your customers, your pricing, and let it draft messages for you. Every consequential action waits for your approval. Included on Basic (150 chats a month) and KeyBolt Pro (500).
- LSA performance dashboard (Pro): see your answer rate, the times of day you miss the most calls, and catch short-ring or wrong-number leads to submit to Google for a refund. Auto-mark leads as Booked, Won, Lost, or Spam in Google.
- Owner privacy controls let you decide what your techs see. Show them the full customer history, only recent activity, or just the current thread.
- Customer portal v3: customers pay online through the Stripe Payment Element without leaving KeyBolt, plus QR codes you can show on the spot for Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App on in-person jobs.
- New telephony tools: DTMF transfer codes on tech cell phones, three-way conference transfers, dual-channel call recording, bilingual English-Spanish transcripts.
- Universal search across jobs, customers, invoices, calls, and Colabs so anything you remember by name surfaces in one place.
- Save recordings automatically: turn it on and KeyBolt copies every call recording into your account a few days before Telnyx deletes it at 30 days, so you never lose one. Available on KeyBolt Pro.
- KeyBolt Pro now includes 50 GB of storage and Basic 25 GB, double the Basic limits. The storage breakdown in Settings shows everything using space, including text and MMS media, Colab photos, and email records.
