    New
    • Your own shop phone number through KeyBolt — port in your existing line or pick a new one.
    • Browser softphone: take calls right from the dashboard, no extra app to install.
    • Simulring: rings every on-duty tech (cell + browser) at the same time, first to answer wins.
    • Configurable phone menu (IVR) — "press 1 to speak with us, press 2 for hours" — with your own greeting.
    • Warm transfers from the dashboard or by keypad code (**11, **12 …) on a tech's cell.
    • Every call recorded and transcribed automatically — full history under Communications.
    • Two-way SMS with auto-replies, A2P 10DLC registration handled in-app.
